Choose a Platform
Custom Soft Sewn Cases
Choose soft sewn when the operator carries the case daily and weight matters more than rigid impact protection. Best for technician kits, field service, sales demo kits, and applications where the case is on a person more than in transport.
- Lightweight fabric construction
- Continuous branding real estate across the exterior
- Volume range: 100–500+ units
Custom ATA Cases
Choose ATA when the case is transported repeatedly. Trade show shipments, AV touring, mobile field deployments — anywhere the case gets loaded and unloaded by professionals using straps, dollies, and forklifts.
- Polyethylene construction with aluminum extrusion frames
- Recessed hardware that take impacts before the case body does
- Volume range: 10–250+ units
Custom Molded Cases
Choose molded when the program needs hard-shell impact protection, environmental protection, and consistent specs across hundreds of units. The right platform for OEM programs running 10+ units with repeatable equipment lists.
- Hard-shell molded construction using one of dozens of different existing molds
- Customization in foam, hardware, color, and branding (not new mold tooling)
- Volume range: 10–1,000+ units
Custom Pelican Cases
Choose Pelican when the program needs the Pelican shell warranty and IP rating with custom foam, branding, and hardware. Common for medical device transport, sealed field service kits, and premium OEM product launches.
- Pelican Protector, Pelican Air, Pelican Storm, and Hardigg shells
- Authorized Pelican dealer with full customization capability
- Customization in foam, branding, and hardware
Custom Foam Programs
Choose foam-only when the outer packaging already exists — Platt cases, customer-supplied cases, or Pelican products — and the program just needs the right insert. Available standalone or as part of any custom case build.
- Custom Foam Inserts: waterjet-cut equipment cutouts, layered builds, ESD-safe materials
