Great all-purpose case |

We use this case to pack small instruments that we manufacture, along with some accessories.
The flexibility of the "pluckable" foam is great, it lets us easily customize the case for different products, while keeping things protected. The one downside of the foam is that after a customer has used it for a while, the foam blocks can start coming detached from each other. If you can leave at least 2 rows between things in the case, this doesn't happen as much.
But it looks great, looks professional, it's strong, and the price is reasonable. The hardware has a high quality feel, and we've never had anything break.
Once we received a case that was missing a rivet on one hinge, and Platt shipped a new one the same day, along with a call tag for the defective one. Great customer service.
