I purchased a case from you awhile back and would like another one but I don’t know what the Platt case number it is. How can I tell which one I have?
	If you have an ATA Guardsman case, it will have a serial number plate on your case.  If you provide us with the serial number, we can tell you exactly which case you have and all the manufacturing details.  For other cases, please provide a description of the case and product dimensions in order to determine which type of product you have.
I'm having problems downloading your catalog.

What warranty do I have on my case?
	All Platt cases are under warranty against manufacturing defects, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any defect, which is a result of faulty workmanship or materials will be repaired and returned free of charge. When, in our judgment, damage is caused by misuse or the guarantee period has expired, we will repair, if practical, for a reasonable charge. If damage is caused by common carrier abuse or airline mishandling, claim must be made with that carrier. Determination of suitability of product for uses and applications contemplated by Buyer shall be at the sole responsibility of Buyer. All Pelican products have a lifetime warranty through Pelican.
