Can I purchase pick-n-pluck cubed foam?
  Yes. We offer replacement pick-n-pluck cubed foam in complete sets. Please use our distributor locator page to find your nearest distributor.
Can I purchase replacement parts such as locks or wheels directly from you?
  Yes. We now offer online purchasing of replacement hardware only. Your distributor might stock extra Platt locks or parts. You can also contact them to see if they have the part you need.
Do you sell direct?
  Currently we only sell our replacement hardware direct on our website or by contacting customer service. We sell all our other prodcuts through a wide network of distributors to various markets.  If you are looking to purchase a standard case, please search for one of our distributors here.If you donít see the case you are looking for or are looking for a custom case, please contact us directly at or 800-222-1555. Contact us directly thru our Contact Us Form in order to have one of our sales representatives contact you.
What is your return policy?
  Returning product to Platt is easy. Please follow the simple procedures below to return product for replacement product or for a credit to your account, at your option:

Please call your Platt Customer Service Representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning product. Sorry, Platt cannot accept any product returns without a RMA. For all non-warranty related returns:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.

  • All returned product must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition.

  • Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.

  • Warranty related return procedures will be determined by the manufacturer's warranty policy for the applicable product. Please contact your Platt Customer Service Representative for details.
