What if my local distributor is out of stock on an item?
	We will be happy to drop ship directly to the end user. Please ask your distributor to place an order with us and to drop ship it directly to the end user.
How do you ship? UPS? FedEx? DHL?
	For smaller orders, we generally ship via UPS.  For larger orders, we ship via various freight carriers.  We can ship via any method that is most convenient for our customers, including FedEx, DHL and international freight forwarding. ** We cannot ship Federal Express Ground. **
Do you ship Air Freight?
	We will ship via Air Freight at the request of a customer. A account number with the carrier is required to ship Air Freight.
What are the shipping costs?
	Shipping costs vary widely depending on product and location.  Please refer to each product page in order to get an idea as to what each products weight and size specifications are, in order to make your estimate on shipping costs.
Do you drop ship?
	We are happy to drop ship to the end user if the local distributor is out of stock.
